IntheRooms Cofounder Advises About Recovery on Celebrity Radio Show

Tonight, (Friday, May 29) one of IntheRooms Co-founders will be a guest on Khloe Kardashian’s new late night radio show, “Khloe After Dark.”  Because of their knowledge and expertise in addiction recovery, the ITR Co-founder was invited to co-guest along side music producer, Scott Storch, who recently began his recovery process. To listen to the program, it can be heard live tonight (11pm) on Miami’s Y100 radio station or streamed from the station’s website.

For those unfamiliar with Khloe Kardashian, she’s a Reality TV show star from the hit series, “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.” Her radio talk show is geared towards covering the music and entertainment news.  For those unfamiliar with Scott Storch, he’s originally Canadian but bases his music productions out of Miami were he now resides.  Some of hits include: “Side Effects” by Mariah Carey; “Naughty Girl” and “Baby Boy” by Beyoncé; and “Candy Shop” by 50 Cent.

I would be more impressed if the concentration of recovery was spent on here. I see this as fellowship at best. Fellowship alone will not keep alcoholics and addicts sober. What I see are people posting stupid polls that hold no relevance to recovery. I’m sick of seeing it really on the public page maybe you could set up a way they can set up these differently. Again I don’t think this has a strong recovery basis, maybe it did, and had good intentions. What I do think it does is show people the way to recovery, which is a twelve step program, meetings, service work, and fellowship. Best Wishes to you and your site.
